My first thought is that maybe the RAM is now too slow, but I also know that STE's could often use some hellishly fast or slow ram, and it made no difference, so I doubt its that?

Maybe its the wrong type of RAM?

there are a handful of different types of RAM, and the Ataris can be very fussy as to which type of simms they are? Parity/Non Parity etc?

In all honesty, I dont know which type you need to use, I have always found, that if they work, then you should be ok, but then, thats only on the STE I have found this...
My TT is using 72 Pin EDO.
