MagiC is being produced by Application Systems Heidelberg. UK distributor was System Solutions. I don't know any other resources but ASH should be able to tell you.
For prices, bundles etc i simply recommend to have a look at the ASH page.
As far as i know, you cannot order MagiC in form of ROMs. I don't know about the current MagiC versions, but up to version 4.0 MagiC still required routines from the TOS.
