There are 2 ways of doing this:
Buy an original Atari 14 MB card or buy an upgrade card that has a SIMM-slot. The most popular ones of this type are the ones from Poland (Paskud i suppose), Germany (WB Systemtechnik) and France (CentRam, i doubt it is still being produced).
There are no major differences, the WB Systemtechnik card is probably the best but also the most expensive, i know the CentRam is very reliable and popular, too, and on the last EIL, Grey sold a lot of the Paskud-cards, too, so they seem to be cheap.
