Anyhoo, I bought it from one of the remaining big Atari dealers in America (either B&C computervisions or worldofatari.com, I can't remember) on eBay (it was cheap compared to official 14MB units) but I hadn't realised it was unpopulated, and I don't have the time or energy to source the chips. The user guide tells you exactly what type of chip to get, I think Toshiba make them? I'll let it go for GBP20 plus S&H if anyone's interested. That's way less than I paid for it.
