http://www.myatari.com/ (B&C ComputerVisions) has the DMA cables you're looking for at outrageous prices.. :) (Along with everything else. Falcons for $999USD--crikey!)

ICD used to have some in stock but I believe they're out now.

Given B&C's prices, you might be better off buying a MegaST with a MegaFile!
