On the STE you pull the right pin on the video port lo (or was that high?). Next you need to get the syncs from your video source, some chips out there will split the signals from composite video I think. IIRC to apply a new 32MHz in sync with those signals to the video port. Theorectically it would be possible to make a bus speeder on the STE without opening the case. Problem is, you can only use this facility in ST low/medium. I don't know how much faster a TV can take on their sync rates. I'd doubt it would work on a TV with it running over 36MHz. However, if you had Multisync, you shouldn't have a problem :)
