I assume easiest way is to use '373 to latch the data bus. You run the latch enable to an address decoder, probably better to use GAL. I haven't a clue on this bus, perhaps just a BUS expansion, I mean, does it have a controller and so on. PCI is a lot more than just wiring. The Mega bus is just an expansion from the bus. I prefer those sorts ;) Last time I tried to get PCi 2.2 specs they were locked away on their website.
