I think for the PC you need the SIO2PC interface, check www.abbuc-raf.de - while you're at it, check MyAtari magazine at www.myatari.net, these guys often contribute interesting Atari 8-bit articles. This month we're going to publish another 8-bit party report so keep an eye out for it! The last major 8-bit oriented event we covered was the Unconventional 2001, read about it at www.myatari.net/issues/sep2001/uc2k1.htm
This is where I first saw the SIO2PC in action, it was very simple and effective. I plan to get one for my 800XL.
