I'm familiar with the STart one. It isn't the one I'm after. When I said disk magazine, I meant the "magazine" was the disk (no paper version). I picked it up at an Atari convention in Chicago. The interface allowed you to change a few parameters. It also let you print out the C source. That's how I originally started playing with it. I still think it was Canadian...
