I can't send you any drivers, sorry.
For the keyboard layout: I know there is a little utility by Uwe Seimet that loads the ROM-TOS to FastRAM for faster access. It should be possible to also load a "foreign" TOS-image to FastRAM, i never tried.
Perhaps you should get this utility, it should be available on ftp-sites.
