WDIALOG is a part of the NVDI-package.
NVDI is commercial and besides being a graphic acceleration software it's also a GDOS that supplies "generic" printer support for most modern programs.
You will need NVDI (or another GDOS) anyway for printing in most programs so if you don't have it, you should get it.
NVDI is being sold by ASH - just like MagiC.
