Hi!

You can infact get into real MS-DOS mode in Windows Me despite what many people say.

If you go into Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, and select "Startup Disk" and create one.

This startup disk will allow you to start in real MS-DOS mode and run MakeDisk.
