In theory: Yes.
In reality: No.
Usually, if you'd like to connect a PC and a
Falcon together in a real network with file-
printer and inet-server, you usually run
Linux on the PC and Linux or MiNT on the
Falcon to get a real Unix-like system running via real Ethernet.
The COM-ports of the PC are just serial ports
and there exists for example Ghostlink which
makes the PC harddisk accessible by the Atari
but not very much else.
I haven't heard of a software that does all
mentioned above over a simple serial cable
so i guess it can't be done that easily.
