1. you need a dialup connection (ppp) with the falcon
2. you need a nullmodem connection (ppp) between the falcon and pc.
The falcon can then act as ip-masquerader with linux, mint or sting as tcp/ip stack.
The only thing you have to buy or build is a nullmodem and a lan->9pin serial converter (put the local ppp on lan, and modem on the normal serialport).
