You don't mention your TOS version, but basically you can have 256MB or 512MB partitions with the ICD software based on your TOS version (1.x or 2.x). The boot partition should be kept at no more than 32 MB if you want total compatibility with some old AUTO folders, but this isn't really much of an issue anymore.
Since I run my computer with a 200MB drive, don't worry if some of your drive isn't seen. You will easily get the majority of it in use, and that's quite a bit.
