Found this in Chips'n Chips (did some rough tranlsating). I hope the forum won't make this a total mess

The 68 Ohm resistors convert the Falcon030 Videosignal
from 1.0 V peek-peek to VGA 0.7 V.
Pins 18 and 19 (M1 and M0) are "Monitor select" and read as follows:
