AFAIK the extended Joypads of the STE and Falcon are _not_ being handled by the IKBD so a hardware modification will be quite difficult if not impossible. You could basically solder off the original joystick/mouse connectors and replace by 15-pin SUB-D sockets and only connect those that are used by the Jagpad for direction and fire-button. That _should_ work but will be quite a pain to solder. The Paranoid
