Well, yes, in a way TOS 3 and above were written to cope with 030 processors, but they can still work on 000 too!
I have used the TT's TOS 3.06 ROMS in Gemulator, and they worked perfectly well, but that didnt mean that GEMulator was running in 030 mode, because it was not.
The only advantage I had was better screen handling, like 640x480x16 for example, without needing the VGA.PRG in the Auto Folder.
I too have the TOS 3.1 program.
Its not actually that bad is it?
