Hmmm ... Micro$oft Internet Exploder and Outbreak don't connect you to the internet so they're really no good comparison when it comes to "internet connection software".
But it's quite easy to connect an Atari to the internet. All you need is a TCP/IP-Stack such as for example STik2.
Then you only need to copy STik2 to the Auto-folder and edit some config-files with a standard editor - but the only information you really need is:
- Dial number
- User-account
- Password
You simply enter them and you would have to enter these just the same on your PC, too, if you wished to use this provider.
Then all you need to do is run the Dialer and it will dial you into the internet.
Really, it's very easy.
So why don't you simply download STik2, read the DOCs and try it ?
