Yes it is possible, you need to use a harddiskdriver that supports it though. HDDriver of any semi-recent version will do it.

Also remember that your disks need to have separate "id". Eg. one drive Master and the other Slave (no cable select).

As a last remark, this is what I've heard, I've not tested it myself.
