Dont quite understand what you mean here, but there is 2 main options you can go for...
Under "Options" in the "General" tab, you can set the HomePage to be any file you want.
I think this is the main one you need, as it looks there first of all when you want to "Open" a Local HTML File.
Also, under "Options" there is the "Access Paths" which you can use to also setup some erm... Paths!
This will help CAB when it searches for HTML Files, but I never use this one anymore, so I cannot be sure?
