I am not to sure what you are on about but I think you are talking about cut tracks on the PCB.

IF this is the case then I do not know how you are going to find the split tracks unless it is obvious, in which case you can simply use a short piece of wire from the nearest solder points (careful not to hold iron on tracks and components for to long as it will start to do more damage, maybe use on of those heat sink things if it is close to a chip).

If this is not what you are talking about then I do not have a clue....
