Yes, it would be possible. It is actually pretty easy to port Windows applications to PocketPC. Palm OS is a bit harder though.

If there is a player for Windows that don't have any x86 assembly, then a port is just a couple of weeks. If there is x86 assembly then you have to rewrite those parts in C/C++.
