Hmm, I think my Falc has accepted every drive
I have throwed at it, on both IDE & SCSI...
Even some SCSI drives that didnīt work with
any ST whatsoever. Though, I donīt know too
much about HDdriver. I always use SCSItool
and its driver Hushi.sys, and I must say Iīm
very satisfyed with it.

Geting up only one part of four sounds a bit
strange, that has never happened to me.

Possibly some settings in HDdriver?

Hm, what about termination? If the drive that
is plugged in along the cable have its internal
termination on, and the drive at the end of
the bus has termination off, I guess such
strange things could happen...

What drives are they? I have the jumper tables
for a bunch of IDE drives. My drives are:

IDE 0: Quantum TRB850A 3.5" (at bus end)
IDE 1: Toshiba MK2224FCC 2.5" (mid bus)
Both has four partitions.

Tip:
Go Altavista and do a search for your drives.
If you are lucky, you will find tables with
the proper jumper settings for them.

Good luck
