I remember way back, around 1988/89, there was a rumour going round the (few) Atari owners at high-school(!) of an Atari release of Elite... All the Commodore 64, Spectrum, Amstrad and Beeb owners laughed at such a rumour, and the few Atari owners were forced back underground... With nothing to shout about except crappy Mastertronic budget titles in the last remaining Atari 8-bit days, we all grew up and bought ST's! Seriously though, it would be a dream to see a superlative Atari version of Elite - I still think your 3D routines are faster than the Commodore64 version (or is that the emulator running on my modern-day PC?) Thanks for the work so far ;-) Karl
