The easiest way is to use MSA or ST2Disk.
Those are Atari ST programs and they can handle disk-formats > 820 KB easily which does not automatically work on PCs/Windows/whatever.
You can get MSA and ST2Disk on ftp and on the web, just search a little.
To get oversized MSA-files (>720 KB) over to your ST, i recommend a nullmodem link (Ghostlink).
