Why cant you just use one thing to sync, and get everythign else to sync off that?

You can use the ST as normal, with all the good sequencers ( software ) which I find better for general Midi Sequencing, or maybe use a Drum Machine perhaps?

I have used the Alesis and Boss Machines and they have been flawless no matter what I throw into the pot
