I am pretty sure that some "lines" on the board need to be cut when installing an FX-card and uninstalling an FX means to reconnect those cut tracks.
Usually, this is being done with a solder-bridge, but that induces electrostatic noise and might lead to problems on "fragile" Falcons.
But you might be lucky and the ct060, now that it incorporates a bus-speeder, needs you to cut the exact same tracks on the PCB as well.
So i - personally - would wait until i have an instruction manual for the ct060 and see what is necessary to do.
Perhaps then you will just need to remove some wires instead of repairing cut tracks.
