Well, a bit of help can be given easily:
- Use an Atari-formatted, even blank disk
to give the Atari something to boot from
- If nothing happens, try to push a few chips
gently into their sockets again
(helps on STEs mostly)

For more detailed help, we would need more details, like what ST do you have ? Internal or external diskdrive ? Internal or external PSU ? What does happen ? White screen ? Black screen ? Bombs ? Flickers ?
