This should be possible depending on a few of things.

A) The MSA/ST file should not contain a protected disk.

B) If the MSA had compression turned on you're out of luck!

C) Like wise if the data on the disk is compressed you'll struggle.

The best util for ripping music is Dr Computer's ADR Ripper (available from http://phf.atari.org - hacking tools). This finds a multitude of music fomrats including Pro-Tracker. Or if you're brave load the ST / MSA file into a binary editor and search for "M.K." !! :))
