If the CT60 works the same way the Centurbo does, by soldering a few wires we should be able to get 640x480x16bit and 896x672x8bit at somewhere between 60 and 70 Hz. Going higher is possible by interlacing, but I hate interlacing, personally (gives me eyestrain).
If a PCI bus is created by Czuba, it will likely resemble the Eclipse in that drivers will be few (still, all that's needed is one really good one!).
Although an AGP bus is superior for video to PCI (actually, AGP is a non-compatible superset of PCI), drivers again become an issue, and I wonder if the market exists to make both an PCI and an AGP card.
