You must admit though, that it all started quite some time ago, when you had an ST, the prices were utterly disgusting even back then! Who remembers buying their first Hard Drive for more than Ł1000 Of what about their first RAM upgrade for Ł400? Lets not forget that the prices have hardly dropped that much compared to many other machines! I do accept about mass production of PC, but thats not really the case for Amiga! Surely there is no real excuse for the price of the older Atari hardware? You only need to look at the prices that SS/AW ask for Second hand STs to see what I am thinking! Clones though, I will admit, the price is high, but I for one am certainly saving my pennies for a better one! I, ( like many other I hope ) know what I can get out of them ,and will know what they are worth to me.
