I have all except #2 also on tape, and those seem to be saved in a very rare format. #1 is even BASIC, but can't be "listed" or what, and has it's own custom header no copyprogram can handle...
To be short, I don't think they can be transferred to disk using standard utils. It requires some hacking. I'm not sure if diskversions of all those games already exist.
