That of course depends on where you live.
In Germany, i think Peter Denk will have them for sure (www.atari-fachmarkt.de).
In the UK, the remains of System Solutions (Atari Workshop or something) will have them.
Otherwise, you might consult Best Electronics. I am pretty sure they have these cables (ACSI) as well.
