i think the best place to look for atari sceners and scene-related stuff would be the dhs site- check it out at www.dhs.nu
you could also try to contact the editors of some of the diskmagazines and get some free publicity for your projects there. the most notable ones are found at alive.atari.org (they are asking for articles now so...) and ucm.atari.org
there's also a diskmag being produced in poland, it's called chosneck and it's done by the mystic bytes crew. afaik they have no website yet, so your best bet would be to contact the authors directly. they're also the best source of information on atari in poland i know. you can find their adresses in the scene email list at ucm.atari.org (look for Grey/Mystic Bytes).
also, #atariscne is a meetingplace for atari scene people on IRCNet. it's not a good place for recruitment, but a great source of information on atari demos and the scene around it for those genuinely interested.
