Then it's definitely an STF.

You need to get a memory expansion board which costs $£F€ or whatever currency you use locally. Difficult to tell you where to get one, since we don't even know which country you're in.

Frankly, considering the cost and difficulty of buying one of these nowadays, I would consider finding a cheap STE (easy to upgrade with cheap old 30 pin SIMMs) or a Mega ST2 or 4 (already fitted with enough RAM).

Cubase requires at least 2Mb to be fully functional.
