4 bombs is an "illegal instruction" (Thanks to Francois :-). If you get 4 bombs while booting, either one of your AUTO-folder programs is corrupt or for another processor type (like trying to run an 68030 program on an 68000) is faulty or your TOS-ROM cannot be read reliably.
Usually, an illegal instruction error cannot be recovered from.
Try booting your computer cleanly (with ALT pressed) so it doesn't load anything from hard- or floppy disk.
If the problem persists, open your computer and have a look at the ROMs.
