Every electrical device collects dust (becouse of electricity). It is natural and there are no good ways do get rid of it premanently.
DO NOT USE WATER WHEN CLEANING YOUR FALCON MOTHERBOARD BECOUSE YOU MAY DAMAGE/DESTROY YOUR FALCON!
There are special "computer" cosmetics avialible in shops, or just use something dry.

It depends. Sorry, but my english skills are just not enough to describe it. Anywa youll need some parts that are not avialible, so I recommenf buying new keyboard (keep tle old one - just in case) - also look at my answer on your fourth question.

It is possible, but your PSU may not survive long time after this. I recommend you to use PC PSU.
