THe dust is a lot worse than an ST becaus eof the fan moving air around....you just ahve to live with it....
You can swap in an ST keyboard instead, I have spares if you need them but I'm in the UK adn it might be pricy on postage....
Hard-drive, I've got a kit to put 3.5" hard-drives in or else I can sell you a bigger 2.5" one....I think I have a cable to handle two 2.5" hard-drives in a falcon, but one of mine has been fine running a 4Gb 3.5" drive for years, no trouble with the PSU yet and I was doing D2D audio on it so it was being pushed hard. Mouses is harder, I have none left though there are designs and kits you can get to make an adapter for PC mice.....have you tried cleaning it?....I've rescued a lot of Atari mice like that.....you generally need to strip the mouse to take the rollers out to get them nice and clean....
