Sounds like a typical disk archieve to me. However, so far I have had little luck successfully doing this, especially with the archieves on the little green desktop.
What I do know is that a lot of the time these type of compressed disk archieves are usually best transferred to a floppy disk when uncompressed since my disk archieves will not work from a harddrive.
