Ok, clear out the spare bedroom, I am packing up my stuff! No, seriously. BT have been very negative with this... It was similar to when I was struggling with Linux... I got on straight away, with no problems, but they charged me for not using Windows ( WHAT THE F...!!! ) I soted all that out, and now that this is an Alien System to then, they dont seem to want to even help me at all!!! - not even with the DNS Numbers!! They are utterly nasty when I phone them, even though its 50p a minute!!! God, I keep explaining that I dont need any specific info, just stuff like these numbers, which will all be o na data sheet quite likely right in front of them as well! they are swine I get 44K max on a 56K line, so changing my ISP is very much on the cards I will admit... But, I am the most bone-idle tosser in the world.
