You have several options:
1) Use a DOS 720K floppy
2) Get STiK2 and MyMail (both FD) running and email yourself the files from the Atari. Then read the email on your PC
3) Null-Modem cable and Z-modem using something like STorm (very simple, actually)
4) Parallel Port cable and specialized software (shareware, I think, but I can't remember it's name)
