I prefer the action of the Mega STE keyboard to that of the Cherry-manufactured Mega ST one (which is actually the better quality keyboard in terms of durability due to its individual switches rather than membrane, it is built like a tank and for me feels slightly awkwardly like one when typing). The keytops are also slightly smaller so I don't hit the wrong key so often. The Mega STE keyboard is my favourite Atari keyboard.
Which IBM PS/2 keyboard are you talking about? The *original* PS/2? I recently bought an IBM keyboard with PS/2 interface (though I doubt this is what you mean). This one feels very similar to my Mega STE keyboard so I really like it, I've also done a small mod on it which you can read about at www.moddingmentalsuk.co.uk
