Hi,

To have access to long filenames under Mint, you have to create a minix partition on your harddrive with a program called minit (I think)
Be carefull, this program only conver a partition, it can't create a new one, and all the dats on this partition will be erased.

There's an esay way to see how it works. Use the KGMD/KEMD installation kit, 'cause it starts by creating a Minix partition and before this, it displays the command line.

If you want more nifos, please write me,, I'll be very happy to help you.

Bye,
Olivier
