I ahve also read, that WinSTon is not all that good for apps anyway, as its more of an ST Game Emulator rather than an Atari Emulator overall? - I may be wrong there though!
If its Apps you want, then why dont you give GEMulator a try???
GEMulator runs every app I have thrown at it without any problems at all!
The only exception is that it does not do the MIDI Port, and Sound overall goes a bit pete tong, but other than that, its great.
