Actually, it was not just a game, it was a 2600 console enhancer called the Turbocharger!
Basically it was actually a whole new console system in a double sized cartridge that saved money by using the 2600 console as a host for display and switches. It loaded its games from a cassette player- Available separately of course" and had graphics that were slightly superior to the Mattel Intelvision. they only made a handful of games for the unit (about 6-8 maybe) and it is indeed an extremely rare item.
