Dunno about the MCMD becomes started, and System Becomes required, but the screen driver is simply that Magic has not been properly installed!
Maybe you are just using the MAGIC.RAM file instead of a TOS Image perhaps?
If you use Magic, the best way to do it, is to simply copy your files over from an Atari, straight to the PC exactly as they are on the Atari!
