The product you're looking for is a ACSI-SCSI Adaptor, like one of the LINK Serie from WB Systemtechnik GmbH (look at http://www.wbsystemtechnik.de/atari/in-ho.htm).
Besides, you'll probably need a good SCSI/IDE software driver, like HD-Driver (which is very good, fast and reliable and works on ANY TOS machine).
Finally, you should really get BigDOS, a little program that lets your Atari read and write onto PC-formatted HDs, ZIP, JAZ, Syquest, etc. cartridges. This useful auto-prg comes with HD-Driver package, but, whereas it's a freeware, you can download it from SoundPool's Website (http://www.soundpool.de/files_d.htm). There you'll also find a free SCSI/IDE software driver (AHDI).
