There were two versions of the Atari 2600jr. The first one came out in late 1985 early 1986 was all black with the atari logo on the face and there was a rainbow stripe across the top. The second jr system was in 1986 on had the chrome top on the face with the atari logo on the top with the rainbow strip in the middle of the chrome with the 2600 logo on the right side of the chrome plating.
