Interesting idea ... But i think i remember that the MIDI
ports of the ST are fairly slow (31.25KBit/sec) so that the
data rate would be far below USB lowspeed (1.5MBit/sec).
I honestly don't know whether it's worth it writing drivers
for that environment since USB has a terrible terrible
software overhead and the result would still be limited
to the performance of the ST MIDI ports.
